This wedding in Lazio was Elegant, emotional, inspirational,
creative with a vintage touch, in one word: Perfect! This is how I’d describe this intimate wedding in Italy!
Assunta is a stylist and has a wonderful creative mind, she has what i define fairy’s hands meaning she can do anything she wants with grace. Assunta and Alessandro have been knowing each other for a very long time and their love is genuine, pure. It’s one of those couples you genuinely envy.
The day began in the morning at their house, the bride was getting her make up and hair done as I arrived. Her mom was there and she couldn’t hide her joy, the rest of the family arrived when she was about to wear the Dress. After Assunta adjusted her dad’s tie we left her home. The ceremony was held in the city hall of Civitavecchia, in a beautiful room that is often used for opera concerts. Civitavecchia is an old town not far from Rome by the sea. It was not the longest ceremony I’ve ever attended but for sure one of the most romantic and intimate one in fact there were about 50 guests! They chose one of their best friends to officiate the wedding and probably that’s why it was so special not only to them, but also to the people attending. After the ceremony we took a few shots in the ancient area of the port of Civitavecchia but it was really windy and cold, so we ran to the beautiful Hotel San Giorgio. It was nice to see how the look of this location fit perfectly with the style of their wedding. The lunch was delicious and the view from the terrace was breathtaking, the sunset and its magical light gave us the perfect opportunity to take some more shots. When the night came we moved to another location to meet more friends, this was when the real party began. We had real fun and everybody had a great time. What i loved the most about this wedding were the amazing DETAILS CREATED BY THE BRIDE (Don’t miss them!), definitely nothing was left to chance.
